Alexandre Birman offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging intact. Please ensure the protective film on the leather soles remains attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original Alexandre Birman dust bag and box, ensuring the shipment is securely packed in the original outer mailing carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our atelier.
